Our clients’ logos and visuals shown in the Work section remain the property of their owners. They are reproduced to present the work we have done for them.

Personal data

The site’s forms (contact, message from the menu, subscription to Les Tendances mystiQ) collect only what you write in them: your name, your email or number, your organisation and your message. This information is used only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you wish, or to send you Les Tendances mystiQ if you have subscribed.

Recipient: AGENCE MYSTIQ SARL. Messages from the contact forms pass through the Web3Forms sending service, which forwards them to us by email. Subscriptions to Les Tendances mystiQ are managed with Brevo, a French email sending company, which sends the newsletter on our behalf: your subscription only takes effect once you have confirmed it by email.
Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
Retention: for as long as it takes to handle your request and follow up the relationship that results from it, then no more than three years after our last exchange. For Les Tendances mystiQ: until you unsubscribe, through the link in every issue or by simply sending us a message.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the exchange goes through that service, under its own terms.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Fonts are served by the site itself. Your browser keeps two pieces of information for the length of your visit (the home page introduction already seen, the language chosen for you) and, if you use the FR / EN button, your language choice, until you clear this site’s data in your browser.

Site language

The site exists in French and in English. On your first arrival, your browser asks the country.is service (or, if it does not answer, geojs.io) once for your country, based on your IP address: in a French-speaking country, the site opens in French; elsewhere, in English. These services only pass on the country code, and mystiQ does not store it. The FR / EN button at the top of every page lets you switch language at any time.
