360 communications agency · Douala We treat your project as if it could save the world.

Because to you, this project is the world. So we start by listening to it. Then we take it on, from strategy to the event, all the way through.

Une agence au cœur des gens.

What we believe

A brand people understand is a brand people choose.

Your customers don’t just buy a product from you. They choose someone who understands them. Someone who talks like them, laughs at the same things, and respects what matters to them.

A good campaign isn’t born in front of a screen. It is born over a coffee, at the market, in a taxi, in the family WhatsApp group. Where your audiences really live. That is where we go first.

Africa doesn’t need dressing up to move people. Real, contemporary, proud of its codes: that is how it touches people. No folklore. No apologies.

12years in the field, since 2014
9crafts, from strategy to events
3countries we work in: Cameroon, Benin and Congo

And we believe a project should be carried all the way. Even when it is hard. Especially when it is hard.

From the Q to the Ks

One house, three Kases, a single door.

With us, as in a family compound, the house never stands alone. Around mystiQ, three Kases: mystiK Studio makes our films and our stories, mystiK Music develops talent between Africa and the United States, mystiK Campus is dedicated to training. You only have one door to open.

Step inside the house

Our films, our images, our stories.

A talent label between Africa and the United States.

For training and transforming people and teams.

Our work

What we have built with them.

A fashion house unveiling its collection. A phone brand helping its customers spot the real thing. A fintech speaking to entrepreneurs. Each time, people who believed in it, and us by their side.

Our method: cultural intelligence

Before we speak to your audiences, we learn their language.

The scholarly term is cultural intelligence. The idea itself fits in one story. Three panels, a Friday, and a lesson we have never forgotten.

A shopkeeper in his shop, behind his counter.
The productAn app to help shopkeepers keep track of their till. Well thought out, well made. It was not adopted.
A tontine meeting, on a Friday.
FridayOn Fridays, the shopkeeper takes money from the till for the tontine. He will put it back the following week. The whole neighbourhood understands the gesture.
The till, closed.
The misunderstandingThe app made that gesture complicated, and the figures visible. It did not speak the language of its market.

That is why, before creating anything, we go out to meet your audiences: their words, their codes, their rituals. Only then do we decide, create and measure.

  1. 1The coffeeYou tell us about your project, your ambitions, your constraints, your budget. We listen.
  2. 2UnderstandWe go out to meet your audiences: fieldwork, interviews, online conversations, research.
  3. 3DecideA clear direction: one message, priorities, a timeline.
  4. 4Create and distributeIdeas, content, media, press, events. mystiK Studio produces.
  5. 5Measure and pass onAn honest review against the goals we set together, and teams ready to carry on.

Why it matters

Communication can change lives, not just brands.

In 2020, a whole country had to be told about Covid-19 without spreading panic. With Stop Covid Cameroon, alongside the Ministry of Health, Johns Hopkins University and Breakthrough Action, the brief fitted in one sentence: wake people up, without giving in to fear. Some assignments remind us how much our work can matter.

The SIGNARE campaign · SANAA Collection

A piece has a story before it has a price.

For its autumn 2026 collection, SANAA Collection entrusted us with the launch of SIGNARE. We introduced each piece the way you introduce a person: by its name, its character, what it says about the woman who wears it.

The posts, piece by piece. The catalogue, “L’élégance était déjà un pouvoir” (Elegance was already power). The collection going live on sanaa-collection.com. And the NURU video, edited by mystiK Studio.

Let’s talk

Let’s grab a coffee.

Tell us about your project. We listen first, really listen. Then we tell you honestly what is possible, within your timeline and your budget. The rest we build together.
